Empowerment sessions reinforce Project M.A.L.E.’s three tiered agenda of Leadership Development, Public Speaking and Manly Deeds. Empowerment sessions are typically held twice per month and are for those formally enrolled in Project M.A.L.E.
Topics of discussion vary each session. Sessions are hands-on and engaging, they also provide members an opportunity to not only discuss newly learned skills, but they also get an opportunity to showcase these learned skills in a group setting.
Project M.A.L.E. realizes the need for cultivating leadership, the art of public speaking and what it means to be a man. When participants leave our empowerment sessions, they will know when to be a leader and when to be a follower, how to lead by example and the dynamics of being a leader within a group. They also have the ability to motivate individuals through positive social influences and show they are able to effectively communicate.
